We then help those leaders shape high impact teams to support them on their journey.

Typically we focus on searches for Chief People Officers / People Directors and their teams. Supporting retained senior mandates and contingent team builds across the HR spectrum.

Rokki Search has been founded by Emily Shaw, in the belief that search could and should be more agile. That niche specialists with deep networks and great reputations, can mobilise at the pace demanded by growing and transforming businesses, without the traditional search lead times or compromising on quality.

With over two decades of building teams of recruiters and leading senior search mandates, Emily has spent the last decade solely focussed on exec search and recruitment within the People & Culture space. She has built a reputation for finding HR Leaders and building People Teams, who understand how the HR strategy drives value creation, and how building diverse, inclusive and high performing cultures can create competitive advantage.
